Andre A. Gibson graduated from Northland College in Ashland, WI as most outstanding student in the Business & Economics with majors in Finance and Organizational Management. He started his professional career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a financial auditor, after which he entered the private sector as a Financial Analyst before pursuing his legal education.

The firm’s founder is educated in business finance and accounting, international transactions, Business law and US domestic and international tax, and gained invaluable experience audit and financial accounting as well as legal training and experience in international and domestic taxation.

At the University of Florida – College of law, he focused on International & Comparative laws, business transactions, and taxation and also graduated with a Certificate in International and Comparative Laws. Mr. Gibson then pursued his interest in taxation and international transactions at the University of Leiden, International Tax Centre, in the Netherlands, where he did his thesis in transfer pricing and received the Masters of Laws (LL.M) in International Taxation in 2002. After graduation Mr. Gibson pursued his career in international & domestic taxation in Public accounting.

Mr. Gibson is a member of the Florida and Wisconsin Bars and is licensed to practice before the US Tax Court. He is also a member of the Tax section of the Florida Bar.
